We’re considering using Calendly as part of our lead intake process for scheduling appointments. Our goal is to let leads select their preferred date and time, but have our call center contact them to qualify the lead before confirming the appointment.
Is it possible to configure Calendly so that the calendar is always open for leads to book, but the booking is not automatically confirmed? Ideally, we’d like them to complete the form, receive an automatic acknowledgment, and have their information forwarded to us for follow‑up.
