Quickly Count Number of Slots Remaining for Events

Hello,

My team and I use Calendly to schedule student appointments for advisees. We have multiple event types like, New Student, Returning Student, Walk-in, etc. We would like to know if there is a way to quickly see the number of slots left in a date range for a specific event type. For example. Can I see how many more places on my calendar a students could book a “New Student Appointment” between now and August 1st? I don’t need the specific times, just the number of available times with the current settings and holds.

I know I could open my scheduling link and count them individually, but that is a lot of days, and a lot of times…

Thanks for your help!

Hi @charlec - Thanks for reaching out.

Right now we don’t have any ways to do this automatically (But we have some things that are being worked on that will resolve this in the future!)

In the meantime, it might be easier to get an average of meetings within a given week, then subtract the total amount of meetings scheduled. You can export a list of events from the meeting page here to get a quick count: https://calendly.com/app/meetings/user/me

That would probably be the easiest way to do it now. But we have some additional analytics features coming down that you’ll be able to utilize in the future.

Let me know if you have any questions.
