Refund Request for Extra Seat

Hello,

I would like to request a refund for one extra seat that was recently charged on our plan.

The team member assigned to this seat has left the company, and the payment for the plan was made just recently. Since the seat is no longer needed and was not used, we kindly ask if a refund can be issued.

Please let us know if you need any additional information to process this request.

This would be something our Support team can assist you with as they need to be able to see your account and billing. To do this:

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom-right corner of any Calendly product page (ie, https://calendly.com/app/scheduling/meeting_types/user/me)
  2. Request to submit an email ticket.
  3. If prompted, sign in to your account.
  4. Select Open an email ticket with a Support Agent.
  5. Provide as many details as possible and send your message.
