Regarding Paid subscription

We had purchased paid subscription paln almost a week ago. we are trying to reach to support team since the paid plan has not reflected in our account. because of which our business is suffering. We had sent so many support tickets. no fruitful reply. and none of our supoort ticket shows in open tickets also. what should we do. we had already paid for 1 month standard subscription plan
