Hello,

Several of my recent clients have reported that reminder emails sent from notifications@calendly.com are landing in their spam folders. This issue didn’t occur before. It seems to have started recently.

What might be causing this and how to prevent it? Thank you.

There should be an option at the top of the email in the spam folder to report it Not as Spam:
 

 

Unfortunately, there is not a surefire way to prevent this from happening, as this is fully dependent on the users email service and organization. Our Product team is working towards building better solutions for this, so hopefully we see an improvement in the future!
