I have my schedule set at 8am-8pm monday to friday. Some of my clients are recurring but did not book through calendly.
How do I remove e.g. every monday and thursday at 2pm from the schedule?

In this case, I would adjust your availability hours so it doesn’t include 2pm as a bookable time. You can add time intervals to certain days so it would look something like this:

Ok so it’s fully manual? I need to do this for every monday and thursday for every week for as long as I have this client?
Not at all, because this is changed through your weekly hours, it will effect every week automatically.
Alternatively, if this event in your calendar is marked as Busy, Calendly will block off this time automatically in your booking page, helping you avoid any overlapping events.
