Hello,
We have an account with 3 users/Seats. And we were billed for this month.
Now I wasnted to remove one user and replace another one. 

 

Question: 
Will calendly bill us with the new user? 

We don’t want to pay twice this month.

So long as you only remove the user and not the seat, you will be good to go!

When a user is removed, their seat remains open to be reassigned to a new user.
