Renew subscription

My autorenew doesn’t work so I need to manually pay. I am late this month as I've been really busy. I can’t find the invoice to pay manually…. I can see last month’s however there doesn’t seem to be one for this month visible there under the billing area. How can I view this. Oh, I also got a txt message saying my account was cancelled. It should be easier than this to reactivate!  I decided I would upgrade, just to renew, but even that didn’t work…….Appreciate guidance on what to do next…. maybe I should create a new account????
