Reschedule is not canceling existing appointment in Outlook

Hi,

When a client is rescheduling their appointment in Calendly, it is not canceling the original appointment. It is only adding the new appointment. I am currently using the Outlook 365 Calendar integration from the Calendly side. Do I also need to install the plugin on the Outlook side?

Hi ​@Jennie73661 - Thanks for reaching out! Two things we can try here:

  1. Can you go to your Calendar Connections Page and make sure the “Automatically Sync Changes to Calendly” is selected?
  2. If the above is already enabled, I would try disconnecting and reconnecting your calendar, then test to see if the same thing occurs.
