I want to change the Team Member that an appointment has booked with but I can’t. When I reschedule it only takes me to the page to choose a time with that Team Member. 

Hi ​@Jonathan84807 - Just to confirm, what event type are you using? Is this a Round Robin event? 

Right now, the only way to reschedule with a different team member is by utilizing the Round Robin event, it will give you the option to reassign the host if this is the case.

Otherwise, if this is booked through a one-on-one event, the event will need to be cancelled, then rebooked with the new host.

It’s not a round robin. We would like the option to reschedule with a new team member and be able to choose who it is. Is that a feature that will be available at some point?


I can absolutely pass this along to the product team. Its not a feature at this time, but hopefully this is something we’ll see in the future.
