One of Calendly’s bugs that we’re experiencing is this:
If a person successfully reschedules a Calendly event that has a Zoom meeting attached to it, Calendly never DELETES the original Zoom meeting from Zoom.com.
Calendly successfully adds the new Zoom meeting to Zoom.com, but it never deletes the old Zoom meeting that is no longer valid anymore.
This is a real problem when trying to use the Zoom app for iPhone/iPad/Mac, or trying to log into the Zoom website — because Zoom keeps a calendar of all Zoom events and will continually try to alert us to these events which Calendly erroneously left behind.
This same bug happens when a person CANCELS a Calendly event (instead of rescheduling). Zoom still shows that the Zoom meeting still exists.
Can Calendly please fix this bug?
