Rescheduling a prepaid meeting

When a client books a meeting on my Calendly and pays for it in advance, but then needs to reschedule, are they able to reschedule for free? Or are they asked to pay again?

What about the new meeting package option? I’m afraid to try it because I don’t want to end up manually rescheduling folks.

Hey ​@Jaime68583 - Thanks for reaching out!

If the invitee reschedules from their confirmation email or confirmation page for that same event type, Calendly treats it as the same meeting being moved; the original payment carries over and they are not prompted to pay again. So you won’t need to worry about manually rescheduling your invitees after they book! The same goes for Meeting packages as well.
