When I go to reschedule on behalf of a client there’s no option to override available times as there is when I book a new meeting.
I can share a rescheduling link with a client via the IOS app. But can’t find a way to do it on the web.
Both these things seem like basic bits of functionality that are missing, and make using calendly less than optimal.
It’s also pretty annoying that you can view upcoming meeting with a contact through that tab. But you have to go to the meetings tab to actually manage/edit the meeting.
It would be great if this informed future updates.

Hi @Rob58216 - I appreciate your feedback!
This is a good thing to note, I’ll share it with our product team - Hopefully we see this in the future!
When you select the Reschedule button, you should be given two options:
From here you can reschedule it, or choose the option to share it with your invitee.
Let me know if you have any other points of feedback, I’d be happy to share it from there!
Hi David,
Thanks for the reply. I found the two options to reschedule. What I can’t do is override available times so that I can reschedule it to a time I want, outside the availability offered to clients (as I can with a new event). As I say this is possible on the IOS app but not the web interface.
And this morning I’ve just discovered I can no longer share a single-use link, because the UI has been updated and the single use link button doesn’t work. I tells me the single use link has been created and copied, yet when I paste it the copy hasn’t worked, and the link isn’t displayed anywhere so I can’t manually copy it.
So I have to go over to my phone again and do it from there.
First world problems I know, but honestly this is a crappy user experience. We pay for the privilege of using this system, and it doesn’t work properly.
Kind regards,
Rob
Hi @Rob58216 - Thanks for reaching out, completely understand.
Just to confirm, do you have another tab on your scheduling page labeled Single-Use Links?
This should contain every link thats created so you can copy it again if you need to. It will also display the status of previously created links like this:
Let me know if you have access to that page, it should make accessing those links much easier from the web experience.
Hi David,
That’s helpful, thanks. The single use links have now started copying successfully to my clipboard too (not sure why that started working).
