Is there any way to restrict the available times when I share my availability? For example, instead of it showing 1:00 pm, 1:15 pm, 1:30 pm, 1:45 pm, 2:00 pm, 2:15 pm, it could just show 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm?

In this case, you can adjust your Start Time Increments to be 1 Hour instead of 15 minutes. Changing this setting will change how often times are offered on your booking page. You can find it by editing your event > Selecting More Options > then Booking Page options:

Got it - In this case, you would need to configure your weekly hours to allow for those exceptions. If you were setting up a 1 hour meeting for 1pm & 3pm, it would look something like this:
This way it only allows for that specific time slot to be booked.

Let me add some context. I work for a training company. We offer 1 or 2 hour training slots.
Is there any way to set it up my availability so that from 08:30 am (when I start) to 12:30 pm (lunch), the interval is 30 minutes and then in the afternoon to just have 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm as options for two hours of training and 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm for 1 hour training slots? Am I asking too much?

I think the best way would be to have a separate booking page for the 2 hour meeting setup for 1pm / 3pm. Then for the 1 hour meeting, you would need to choose if you’d want to set the interval for 30 minutes or 1 hour, unfortunately there isn’t a way to set different increments based on morning/afternoon hours.
We definitely are a bit limited for configuration like this, but I’ve passed the idea off to our product team for them to review. Maybe in the future this can all be configured at once!
