Round Robin Event Creator & Pool Host

Is there a way to set up a round robin event for my team with me as the creator and set myself as pool host instead of one of the round robin participants.  Essentially I would like to be on all meetings and alternate them between my team members.

Hi @Ben43104!

So the good news is that what you’re looking to do is called a Host Pool for Collective and Round Robin event types. This means you’re able to set certain attendees as permanent ‘fixtures’ and round robin others. You can learn a bit more info about the functionality here.

The not so good news: We’re still in the process of rolling out this functionality to all eligible customer accounts, so it’s possible you might not have it yet. After taking a look at that link above, let me know if you see the functionality. If not, I’ll check and see when you might be getting it!
