Hi ​@Salesweddingsunlimited. This does sound frustrating and confusing. What you are describing shouldn’t happen unless someone is trying to book the same roundrobin event type over an already booked roundrobin meeting. You can get around this though by using the ‘meeting exception’ feature (previously called book over meetings). This rule will tell Calendly to ignore certain calendar holds. More on that here.
