Round robin not populating on calendar correctly

My Round robin Is giving me issues.

We are unable to host meetings in the same timeslots.

I have tried troubleshooting, but it creates conflicts in our schedules no matter if one of us is free.

How do i change the access to allow both hosts to be scheduled out.

Hi ​@Salesweddingsunlimited. This does sound frustrating and confusing. What you are describing shouldn’t happen unless someone is trying to book the same roundrobin event type over an already booked roundrobin meeting. You can get around this though by using the ‘meeting exception’ feature (previously called book over meetings). This rule will tell Calendly to ignore certain calendar holds. More on that here
