I know that I am so close to getting a great calendly set up but I’m stumbling in the final spot.
Can you set up a calendly to route logic by state that the person is scheduling the meeting in, then have a round robin for each state? - DONE
And the final question is can you have the round robin be set up for a non guaranteed host every time, but only a host from the round robin team? Each state will also vary on who is in the round robin team.
Currently, it is set up so I or another person has to attend every meeting. Which isn’t convenient, and doesn’t distribute the inbound sales leads like I am looking to do. How do I change this setting?
Hi
Just so I’m understanding - You’re having an issue with the Round Robin events setting hosts to Always Attend instead of Selecting one host from a specific pool?
If this is the case, you’ll need to add hosts to a Round Robin Pool in order to have the event select only one host from the group. You can adjust this by going into your event settings, then selecting Hosts and invitees. Here, you’ll see one of two options. Either select Round Robin Settings under 1 host from the round robin pool:
Or by selecting the Hosts search bar, then selecting Create Round Robin Pool:
This will allow you to create a pool of users that Calendly will then assign events to one at a time.
Let me know if you have any questions!
