Routing Hubspot Form issue

Hi

I’m trying to build my 1st routing process with Hubspot & Calendly and before entering into complex rules or setting I have basic issues:
1 - When I submit my form, I’m never prompted with a Calendly Calendar…..
1 - My Calendly scheduling dashboard is not capturing all submissions….

what do I miss here?
