Scheduling page acting up

Any changes i make on the scheduling page shows the error “There is an error in this section”.

I have tried clearing cache from my browser, logged in - logged out of the site, reloaded the page, but no changes are being submitted. 

Cant even make changes in the Duration and Location sections of the page.

I've had that schedule for years now and it is only today that this error is being shown. I don't know what to do.

Hi ​@Tamanna83725 - Seems like you’ve taken all the steps you can. The only other thing you can test is by using a different Web Browser like Edge, Chrome, ect.

Outside of that I’d recommend reaching out to our support team. You can either email them directly (support@calendly.com) or by using the chatbot through your account.

I'm curious why this is happening.

The most frequent browser I use is Chrome and shifting to a different browser will be a hassle. Let me know is there is any other way to fix this. 

Contacting customer support is also disappointing as they take time to reply,

Hi ​@Tamanna83725 - Unfortunately there isn’t much we can test outside of testing a new browser.

Support will ultimately be able to identify why this is happening, they’ll be able to take a closer look at your account and see if they can recreate the issue.

Chatting in is the quickest way to contact them! But I’ll ask around to see if anyone else has run into this as well. If I hear anything more, I’ll let you know.
