I’m looking to create a schedule for headshots, with the option to see a stylist. The stylist needs 10 minutes per person, but the photographer needs 5 minutes per person. So, for example:
Stylist is available at:
9:00 am
9:10 am
9:20 am
and so on...
Photographer is available:
9:00 am
9:05 am
9:10 am
9:15 am
and so on…
If someone books a 9:00 am slot with the stylist, then the photographer would take their photo when the stylist is finished with them at 9:10 am. But the photographer would still be available at 9:00 am and 9:05 am for those who do not need to see the stylist first. Only 9:10 am would disappear from their schedule. Is this possible to set up? I’d rather have one booking link if possible, or set up a route that asks the person if they’d like to see the stylist first. I’m not sure how to do it without it blocking the photographer’s entire 9:00-9:15 time slot.
