I use Calendly Teams and I want to know how I can create a view (in Calendly or Google Calendar) of team availability based on Working Hours across the whole week to meet with potential customers?

I receive requests from potential customers who want to meet, including their availability and I want to see which team members are available to meet with them. I want to see all members of the team who are available not just one member of the team, based on Working Hours.

You are describing exactly what Round Robin events were designed for. In theory, they should take care of this need without extra oversight. When you create a Round Robin event you will add each member you want to be available for that type of meeting as a host. Calendly will see their respective calendars and conflicts. It will schedule according to who is available and who has priority as a host. I am leaving a couple resources below that gives more depth about Round Robin events.

Hi Sean - thanks for the reply. Round robin doesn’t meet my needs (I think) because I need to see everyone who is available, not only one person according to priority. Is there a way to see everyone who is available?
