Sending whole team availability for 1-on-1 customer research

I’d like to send a link to customers that shows cumulative availability of everyone in my team. If, for example, the customer selects 10am, they’ll get a call with whoever happens to be free at that time (just one person, not all of us).

Any help much appreciated.

It sounds like a Round Robin event is exactly what you need. This event type basically checks to see which team member (host) is available and assigns the event to whoever is available. You can also optimize it for availability or equal distribution.
