successful service businesses need a waitlist. period.
we love calendly because it is flexible and easy-to-use for both us and our customers, but the lack of ANY waitlist functionality is costing us (and a lot of other businesses) time, money, and frustration.
I know I’d be willing to pay a bit more for this feature, even though it seems fairly rudimentary.
We’ve been told “it’ll be passed to the dev team” many many times for the past several years - why has this not actually happened when it seems to be far and away the number one request?
