It is striking that customers are increasingly experiencing problems when booking and receiving a ‘server error’ message.
This is not helpful and cannot be allowed to continue.
What is the solution here?

The ‘Server Error’ you are seeing can occur due to a number of reasons. To figure out exactly whats going on, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team so they can look through your account with you.

I’d also include a video or a couple screenshots of whats going on before that error appears, that will help their investigation.
