Hi! I provide two different types of “camps” for my clients, one that is either 2 hours or 3 hours depending on what it is they want to work on. I offer these on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The problem I am running into is that if a 2 hour event is booked on a Tuesday, clients can still book a 3 hour camp that same day. I don’t want this to be a possibility. I am wondering if there is a way for me to override the option for clients to book both separate events on one day without me going in and changing the availability? If there is an option like “if anything booked with ‘camp’ in the name is on that day then nothing else with ‘camp’ in the name is allowed to be booked” to still allow flexibility for my clients without extra backend work on my part? This is something that users have requested before - So I’ve sent this off to our product team for them to review. Hopefully we’ll see more global settings like this in the future.

In the meantime, you might be able to add Buffers to your events to have them block off more time and help prevent other events from being scheduled in the same day. Buffers will allow the events to block off additional time other than the duration, some users will utilize this to fit in breaks or fit travel time in the day, but this might help your case as well. You can read more about using Buffers here: How to use buffers
