We have a group calendar to book meetings with external customers who may be coming from anywhere in the world. We have team members who work specific days in their time zone for these meetings to ensure there are a few days/week that will suit anyone. The availability works great and when viewing the calendar I can see everyone’s slots to book.
However, many days are only available outside of working outs (e.g., 9p-5a). Is there a way we could hide available slots that are outside a timespan for a certain booking timezone? I’m worried a customer might try to book, and click on a few days where all the times are awful and give up.
