I’ve been using the text notifications but noticed that some leads were coming through without an added phone number.
The phone number field used to be required to book a call, now it is not. Is there any way to make this required? My show up rates have gone down significantly because of this change..

Just to clarify, are you using the phone number field under your Invitee Form or your Text Reminder Workflow?
The main difference here is if you’ve added a custom question asking for their phone number, you can make this question required, however it won’t trigger any text notifications within Calendly. It looks something like this:
However, if you have a Text Reminder configured within the Notifications & Workflows section, this question cannot be marked as Required as it needs consent from the user in order to send text messages, the editor will look like this:
On the booking page, either option will look like this:
