SMS reminders still not working

I leave in Italy (+39) and sms reminders are not working.
They are the primary reason I bought a paid plan!

Could someone help?
Support has not solved the issue saying sms was sent, the problem is on the receiving end.
No good enough for me - I receive tons of messages, from unknown senders and adv so I don’t understand why Calendly’s sms should not go through. I also checked the Spam and Blocked folder, not there.

I’ve already checked and:

workflow is set up correctly and on the booking meeting

phone number and prefix are correct

I booked the meeting myself but the phone number is mine so I don’t think it’s a consent issue either.

Please help or I’ll have to move to another platform!

Hi @Christian24760 - Thanks for reaching out!

Sorry to hear this is going on - How many invitees is this being reported by?

If we’re seeing the message as Delivered, this status means the message was accepted by the carrier's network, not necessarily that it reached the recipient's device. Now one of the reasons why you’re not seeing the message is due to Carrier Filtering, in which case the carrier has prevented the message from going through. This is not something that happens often, but in this case the best way to workaround this is by contacting your carrier directly to see if they can find the reason for this message not going through.

Unfortunately there is not more we can do on our end, as this depends on the carrier itself.

Let me know if you have any questions.

I’m just testing this for now - with my number and my wife’s. For both didn’t work out.

Both numbers sit with Vodafone, one of the biggest carrier in the world.

How can I call it and unlock the sms for all my clients? It’s not a solution, I’m afraid.

Calendly needs to find a way to deliver sms that are not filtered out by the main carriers.
