Hi, My name is Soumitra Dutta, an Oxford-based entrepreneur & photographer. I’m trying to set up my availability in Calendly, but I’m not entirely sure about the best way to configure it so that it works smoothly with my schedule.

The availability you fill out within Calendly are just the hours you’d like for clients to be able to book. From there, Calendly will also check your calendars and block off any times that may have overlapping events.
