Question

Stop Calendly from adding events to my IPhone calendar.

How do I stop Calendly from adding appointments to your iPhone calendar. I use my laptop to manage meetings. Calendly ChatBot was no help. Chat agent wanted access to my computer. Per AI search suggestions, I navigated to settings > availablity … but “manage Calendars” was not there. Any step by step instructions?

Hi @BillTX! Thanks for reaching out.

Calendly doesn’t integrate directly with any iPhone or iCloud calendars, so I would start by checking your connected calendar here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/availability/connected_calendars

Whatever calendar is connected on this page will have events added to it, usually this is either an Outlook or a Google calendar. Depending on which calendar is connected, there might be a connection outside of Calendly between that calendar and what you use as your iPhone calendar.

Just to confirm, is this just the normal iPhone calendar app, or is it something else? Let me know!

Normal iPhone app that gets calendar add notifications from Calendly when appointments are made.

I will look at iPhone integration receiving Calendly appointments.

AI result:

To stop your iPhone from automatically adding Calendly events to your calendar, go to your Calendly settings and choose which calendar you want events added to, or select the option to not add events to any calendar at all; as Calendly currently does not directly sync with iCloud calendars, you may need to choose a different calendar service to connect with if you want to avoid adding events to your iPhone calendar.

But am still unable to find the setting to manage calendars.

The main area in Calendly to manage your calendars is your connections page here: https://calendly.com/app/personal/availability/connected_calendars

You can select the Edit option next to Add to Calendar to see which calendars Calendly is adding events to.

If this is not seeing any sub-calendars that match your iPhone calendar, this would be something thats connected between Google or Office 365/iPhone.

Heres an article that may help from Microsoft on this:
