stupidity in payment setup, UX and customer support.

So in general i like calendly. 

 

BUT i want to change the payment information--- not possible. The account is linked to paypal. No change possible.

 

I want to contact support: Not possible. You need to click on the not present chat bot … lol funny. 

 

I cancelled the account now in the hope that the team can then END OF MONTH edit the payment information while procuring a new licence. 

Totally idotic user experience.

Theres a couple things you can try if you’re not seeing the chat bubble pop up in your account, the steps are listed out in this article here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/26733559522199-Troubleshooting-access-to-chat

In regards to contacting our support team, if the troubleshooting steps don’t work, I’d advise emailing billing@calendly.com with your issue so they can look into it from there - They’ll be able to help get your payment method updated!
