Am I right in thinking that Calendly will not show my bookings from Google Calendar - I’ve ‘synced’ my Google accounts inside Calendly, and I’ve made sure on Google Calendar that my bookings are down as busy. This is pretty grim isn’t it?

You should be able to change the settings so you can see bookings from your Google Calendar on your meetings page here:
Once you select the option, you’ll be able to see them all in one view.
