How can our team of 4 revert back too personal accounts without losing our personal calendy settings?

When you move from a teams account back to personal accounts, all of of your personal account settings will remain such as profile, personal event types, workflows, and integrations. Any team pages, managed event types, round robins, or collective event types would be deleted as they’re team specific. What settings are you looking to ensure stay so we can verify for you before you make the move?
