Hi

I have a reoccurring problem that is driving me insane.

On the app when ever I go to rearrange a client meeting using ‘show all availability’ to a time that is free. I always get the message ‘Sorry, That start time has been filled’ but there is no conflict. This happens at anytime I put wether within my set  working hours or not. I believe it to be a bug but this has been happening for months now.

This is something our team was aware of and issued a fix for it - Can you check to see if you have any pending updates for the Calendly app? If not, I’d recommend uninstalling and reinstalling to test this agian.

I reinstalled and the problem still persists when looking at full availability.


Got it, thanks for confirming.

Can you check to see what App version you’re on? You should see this after selecting your profile icon which brings you to the settings page. The version number should be at the bottom of this page.

I did some digging and I was not able to find any reported issues unfortunately. In this case, I’d recommend reaching out to our support team so they can further diagnose what might be going on. They would need some more specific examples with data that shouldn’t be shared on a public forum.

This issue is happening for my entire team as well by the way. It’s kind of a an emergency to fix this bug because none of our appointments can be rescheduled at all. 


Hi ​@Trevstan22 - I would also follow the steps above and reach out to the support team if updating the app doesn’t work. They’ll likely need specific examples of this to dig into it further.

In the meantime, I’d recommend rescheduling these meetings through the web, instead of the phone app.
