"That time cannot be booked, please choose another time" error message

HI there I am recieving this message when I have no time clashes. I need to book this session. What do I do?

Can you send me a screenshot of what you’re running into? What steps are you taking leading up to this? Also if you can send me the date and time you’re trying to book, we can take a closer look from there!

I go to my client, choose hypnotherapy session (the green one) and try to book this time on a Sunday.

I see that you’re trying to schedule using the Contacts feature of Calendly. We introduced the ability to schedule events directly using a contact profile within Calendly, and we recognize that these intermittent issues have made using that feature challenging. Our team is actively investigating the root cause, and working to resolve this issue.
 

In the meantime, we recommend you schedule this event directly on the event type scheduling page you are hoping to use instead. You’ll just need to enter their name, and email address in order to complete the scheduling flow. You can find all of your event types, and their respective booking links on the following page: https://calendly.com/event_types/user/me. I’ll update once I have more information - let me know if you have any questions in the meantime!
