The calendar is currently not available after make appointment

Hi,

My Calendly meeting booking is already linked to the website. When a user clicks “Book a meeting”, the calendly booking page for my account is displayed correctly. However, after selecting a meeting date and time, then click Next, the page shows that the calendar is not available. 

 


 


May I know how to solve this?

If you login to your account like it says in the second photo, do you get a different error? Additionally, does this occur if you try in a different web browser (Like Chrome, Safari, ect).

Thanks for your reply. 
i noticed that the link appears to be valid at times and invalid at other times. At this stage, I’m unable to identify the exact scenario or conditions under which the issue occurs. 

There were instances where the link did not work when tested via mobile device, but it worked at other times.

I have no idea what is the root caused.
