I’m trying to schedule for a client who is in California and I am in New York. I thought if I schedule at 12:30 PM, it would work out when she wants a 9:30 AM appointment but it didn’t. She saw 1230

Just to clarify, did you book this event on their behalf? If so, you would need to update the timezone on the booking page before you enter their details here:
If EST was selected, Calendly would generate the invitation and calendar event in EST for that user as well.
Could you try rebooking it with Pacific time selected to see if it works? Thanks!
