My clients and I are in different time zones. It seems that they can book in their time zones most of the time but some are receiving the confirmation in another time zone and this creates a lot of confusion.  

I have tried contacting the help center but it is useless.  I’m not sure what hours it is staffed but I have been waiting to connect to an agent for 2 days now.

Any thoughts?

Are you getting any errors when using the chatbot? Our support team is staffed 24/7 so you should be put in a queue to get a response within a few minutes instead of days. You can also use the chat feature within your account here:
 

 

In regards to the time zone, do you know which timezone they’re seeing in the confirmation email they receive? If you have any specific examples I can look into, I can dig a bit deeper into this!
