I’m really confused on the timezone settings. Specifically, what is the difference b/w timezone in the specific calendar setup as shown here in first image.

And what/how should I be set within the account settings (2nd image). Is the country settings correct or does that also need fixing?

For context, I’m in Vietnam (Indochina TZ). My clients are in America. So I want to make sure I’m available in their mornings. I’m 12 hours ahead of them. So my 9pm is their 9am, assuming EST.

Hi @dean - Thanks for reaching out on this!

For context, the time zone setting in the first image is what the booking page will display to other users who want to book with you. So if you set this to 7-1pm EST, anyone else in EST will see those hours. But if someone in PST looks at your booking page, they’ll see the hours 4am-10am as available.

The Time Zone settings in your profile adjusts how you see times on your meetings page, email confirmations, ect. This setting does not effect what your invitees see.

Let me know if you have any questions on this!

ah makes sense @David

regarding the settings in my profile. Does it matter that I set things to Indochina but listed USA as my country? Or should my country be Vietnam?

You can set it to be Vietnam, those are just the default settings, so you can adjust it as needed. 🙂
