I use the “analytics” feature the track the number of appointments we have. I would also like to track the number of participants we serve. Most of our appointments are one-on-one, but we also have some group options. Is there anyway to track the number of participants for a given time period and not just the number of scheduled “events”?

We don’t have a way to view a total amount of participants through the analytics tab at this time. However, some users will pull this information by exporting their list of events for individual users in their Organization. Once you export a list it would show all of your meeting details here:
Some users will utilize a tool like Zapier to automate this to pull the information as events get booked. You can read more on this here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/235289507-Calendly-Zapier
