I am leaving my current job and need to transfer this account to another user. Is it possible to transfer this account to a different email and if so, how do I do this?

Yes, it’s absolutely possible to transfer your Calendly account to a different email. If you still have access to your account, you can update the login email directly from your Account Settings. Here’s a quick overview of the process:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Login Preferences.

  2. Click Change Email and follow the prompts.

If you no longer have access to the original email, or need assistance with the transfer, you can reach out to our support team directly at support@calendly.com. Just make sure to include the current email, the new email you’d like to transfer to, and the reason for the change, and they’ll guide you through the process from there.

If you’re the owner of a Calendly organization, please note there are additional steps to transfer ownership, which the team can also assist with.
