I am trying to upgrade my subscription to “standard” with one seat (I will be the only one using the program) but it keeps telling me I need to remove a seat. I only have one user. I cannot get any support with the chat bot because I do not have a paid subscription which is frustrating because I want to upgrade but I need help doing so.
