I am encountering an issue with Calendly while attempting to schedule appointments through automation for my organization. The scheduling works perfectly when done manually via the web interface, but fails when attempted through our automated integration.

Upon failure, we receive the following error message:

Oops, something went wrong.
Your meeting request could not be finalized with this host. If you feel you've reached this message in error, please reach out to support with below error code.
Error Code: tid-d05d497a-4aa2-4ee9-b8a0-e785ddd3c5d7

Additional Information:

Manual booking works fine

The issue only occurs during automation

No recent changes were made on our side

Automation tool used : Selenium with Java                                                          

Could you please investigate and advise on how to resolve this issue? We are currently blocked from automating appointment scheduling, which is a critical part of our workflow.

Ultimately, support will need to look into this one as they have more insight into this specific error. I’d recommend using our chat bot in your account to contact them directly. Otherwise you can always email support@calendly.com
