Unable to Purchase - Unable to create support tickets

Hello,

I really don’t know what to do: I am unable to purchase any plan, I’d like to buy the Standard plan on monthly basis. I talk to this AI support agent, he says, that he creates a ticket for me and sends me a link to the support ticket, when I click on that, it says: No requests found.

So currently, I am unable to purchase, I am unable to contact support. I have tried multiple browsers and my phone, same thing. I can’t click on “Buy” nothing happens there, no exception.

I was able to check and see that your support tickets are being created and logged with our support team, it may take some time for it to update fully. 

Just to confirm, are you using the Billing page in your account to start the subscription? Have you tried any alternative cards? You can find the link here: https://calendly.com/app/admin/billing

Let me know, I can take a closer look from there.

Hi David,

yes I am using this page. I was trying with PayPal all the time, I’ve now tried using my credit card. Now it worked. There is some issue when purchasing with paypal. And still I don’t see any open requests. But yes, you can close them.
