Unable to submit ticket

Well, there is no room to type above. I have tried to type and it is too close to your Calendly Chatbot (Calendly). It doesn't even work. Please advise ASAP.

Now when I submit a ticket and fill everything out except for the one tab that asks what your issue is. It does not OPEN. So, I can’t even open a ticket request.

Hi ​@Rocky35134- Sorry that your running into issues here! Couple things I would try in this case, as I’ve seen others run into similar issues:Try logging into a different browser and doing the same process - Does the same issue occur?You can also try using anIncognito Windowto browse the web without cache and cookies - This has helped users in the pastIf this works, you can also clear cache and cookies from your normal browser here:https://its.uiowa.edu/services/how-clear-cache-and-cookies-your-web-browserI would give those a shot, and see if the chatbot works as expected.
