“Currently, once a meeting is booked, the location is locked and cannot be edited. The only supported workaround is to reschedule the meeting for the same time so it picks up the updated event type location.
This becomes impractical in cases like mine:
- I use Ask invitee for location, so the attendee may not finalize the exact spot until after booking.
- My event type has a 1 meeting per day limit, so rescheduling the same time is blocked.
- Buffers and limits further complicate the workaround.
Because of this, updating the address after booking requires significant manual workarounds.
It would be very helpful if Calendly allowed editing the location on an already scheduled meeting - both for preset locations and invitee-entered locations.”
