I’ve been trying to cancel my account for several months now but haven’t been able to because I’m currently locked out of the email address associated with the account.

Please let me know what alternative steps I can take to verify my identity and successfully cancel the account.

I’d recommend contacting our support team for help with that. They’ve got methods for verifying who you are and should be able to help. To get a hold of them, you’ll want to use the in-product chat function (in Calendly, not Community):

  1. Click the chatbot in the bottom-right corner of any Calendly page.
  2. Request to submit an email ticket.
  3. If prompted, sign in to your account (sign in with your current account; reference the other email address in your ticket)
  4. Select Open an email ticket with a Support Agent.
  5. Provide as many details as possible and send your message.
