Usage of Calendly

Yes - this sounds like a great use case for Calendly! Calendly is a scheduling platform that essentially sits on top of your connected personal calendar. It checks for events marked “Busy” and interprets them as conflicts, preventing invitees from scheduling new events at those times. When an invitee schedules with you, the event is automatically published to your personal calendar and appears on your Calendly Home page under Scheduled Events. Both you and your invitee receive confirmation by email as well, helping to streamline scheduling for appointments, meetings, and more!

That said - if you want different clients to be able to view availability on specific dates, you won’t be able to simply share one link to one event type with each client without some special consideration. Here are the options I think would work for you: 

• You can create a One-Off Meeting for each client and share with them directly 
• You can use our Customize Once and Share tool to edit the available hours of a single event type and send to each client directly (this is the option I’d go with!)
• You can create multiple one-on-one event types, make them secret, and share single-use links with each client (one event per client) directly 

Regardless of which option you go with, you’ll want to set the appropriate Availability Schedules for your event types/meetings. You can also read more about the different ways to share your booking link/s here: Share Your Calendly Link!
