User Interface Changes

What exactly was the goal with these new UI changes?

To make Calendly less intuitive, more complicated, harder to use, and generally more confusing?

This past year’s series of interface overhauls is, without exaggeration, the worst redesign I’ve ever seen in a software product.

For the love of God put it back to circa 2022 Calendly.

Good day.

Hi @TAS 2020 - Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the new UI update.

If theres anything specific you have, I can share it with our teams internally so they can review it. Let me know!

If you’d like to learn more about the changes, you can view our article here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/30323276375703-Meet-the-new-Scheduling-page

Can confirm these new updates to the scheduling page make zero sense and just make it more confusing to use.

The scheduling page is now a nightmare to use.

Making each event type the full-width of the viewport wastes real estate and makes no sense, since there’s zero additional information presented in this new view.

We have more than 20 events set up. Our people choose the right one by the custom note feature and/or by color. Having to now scroll to find the right event, where before they were all listed within one viewport, is such a backward step it’s untrue.

If you guys want to change layout grid, at least have enough respect for the user to make such layout change a user-selected option. And how about the ability to increase typeface size? There’s plenty of space there.

This stuff isn’t hard, people.

Same here. Its terrible.  We don’t have an internal “team” we invite our clients to the calendars because we book appointments for them and everyone is confused. It has been one bad U/I change after another over the last two years. We are looking at cal.com as an alternate.
