Using One Calendly Link for Multiple Coaches’ Availability

Hi All

I run a financial coaching business and currently send clients one booking link for financial coaching sessions. The issue I’m facing is that my own availability is limited, and I’m now bringing on another coach.

What I’d like to do is keep using the same central event link as its already integrated with B2B Client marketing materials, but have it display availability from multiple coaches’ calendars. That way, if I’m not available, clients can still see open times with another coach — without needing to use separate links.

Is this possible in Calendly? Can two or more coaches share the same booking link so clients can choose from whichever coach has availability?

In this case, you’’ll want to create a Round Robin Event following the steps here: https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/14078881985815-How-to-set-up-a-team-Round-Robin-event-type

Round Robin events will allow you to have a rotating availability, so if you’re not available at a specific time, the booking would be made with another user thats included in the event.

The next thing you’ll want to do is edit the link under Booking page options in the event settings:
 

 

This way, when you create a new event, you can move the link from the event you’re using, to the new event with multiple hosts included.

Alternatively, you can also create a Team Page which would allow your clients to choose the host they want to book with. You can read more on this here:
